Theo Kalogeracos, an Australian of Greek descent, honed his pizza savant abilities over 15 years, while building a tremendously successful pizzeria empire in the Perth suburb of Mundarring in Western Australia. Not content with being a successful entrepreneur, author, Australian television personality, and 2010 World Champion Pizza Maker, Kalogeracos is poised to take the U.S. by storm. His most recent media tour brought him to the City of Angels, providing a pizza making demo at Sur La Table in the Original Farmer's Market on 3rd Street.
