
This Saturday, October 16, Celebrity Chef Tom Colicchio will be in Los Angeles in preparation for his November 1st wine dinner. This exclusive dinner follows his recent trip to South Australia and will celebrate the food and wine he discovered while touring the Australian state. Chef Colicchio will create a five course tasting menu for the evening featuring local delicacies such as South Australian rock lobster tails and wagyu beef, putting his own unique spin on classic dishes from the region. Guests will also get the inside scoop on his favorite experiences down under, from exploring the wilds of Kangaroo Island to taking a once-in-a-lifetime swim with bluefin tuna.
