Chef Kimmy Tang Opens 9021pho in Westlake Village

With great success in Beverly Hills, Executive Chef Kimmy Tang officially opened a second serving of 9021pho in Westlake Village. Celebrities and the like came out Thursday night to support Chef Kimmy's new launch, nibbling on all of her favorites including Michelia crunchy rolls, fresh rolls, crispy mock chicken, grilled beef wrapped in vine leaf and juicy mini pork bao. The space, formerly occupied by Wolfgang Puck's L.A. Bistro, is grander than its original counterpart with an open kitchen that snakes the length of the restaurant, two outdoor patios, chef-in-action counter seating, and rich oranges and browns that warm up the interior.
